Business PTO Membership 2024-2025

As a member of the PTO, your business will be supporting a local school and promoting your business at the same time. Membership is $35 for the year. You will enjoy the following benefits: Inclusion in our PTO newsletter for the entire year. The newsletter is an e-publication that occurs every other month and reaches over 700 HES students, parents, and staff. You also have the option of having your logo featured on our PTO website and posted on our Facebook page. If you’d like to offer promotion to our Honeygo families and have it included in the PTO newsletter and on the website, please provide that information in the notes section.

Volunteer Information:

All volunteers must complete the volunteer application and participate in an orientation/training session annually beginning on July 1st. All volunteer training expires on June 30th.

Step 1: Complete the BCPS Volunteer Application - This form can be found at the bottom of the BCPS Forms Library web page, in the Volunteers section. Complete and save a copy to your computer or device. You will need to send this, along with your training certificate, to the volunteer coordinator at your desired location. For Honeygo, this is Mrs. Kamala Rosenberger.

Step 2: Complete the online Volunteer Orientation training. Once you've completed this training you will be provided with a certificate. Please save a copy for your records.

Step 3: Send both the certificate and your application to Mrs. Kamala Rosenberger (krosenberger@bcps.org). Please only send in your application if all pages are completed and the certificate is attached. Incomplete applications or applications without the certificate will be returned.

Only those parents/adults who have submitted the required paperwork will be considered for opportunities to volunteer at Honeygo.
